GoogleMe and my partner saw a really nice flat that we felt in love with just through the pictures and asked to visit it as soon as possible , we got contacted and the earliest time was on Tuesday . The lady even told us she had an other flat to show us etc . She was supposed to get back at us for the time of the viewing and never did . We wrote her email but without any answer , we called the agency who wasn’t replying until 10 am even tho it’s supposed to be opening at 9? And when we finally got someone they told us that they would make « our agent » contact us as soon as she arrived to arrange the viewing time ... all of that on the day the viewing was supposed to be and that we arranged around in order to do this viewing . At the end we ve never been contacted and all the calls were ending up to nowhere since no one ever answered . And now the property is being rented ( as indicated on Rightmove with the let agreed label ). This is a serious lack of communication and organization. Horrible experience without even starting the renting process ...

GoogleI had an excellent experience with Runy, he's very hard working and always ready to help. He's clear when explaining and punctual in every little thing. He's also very well organised, he answers quickly to phone calls and texts and is a really kind thoughtful person, I found an amazing flat in the covent garden at an excellent price, he took care of most things; truly an amazing experience.

GoogleWe were contacted by Salman Peerally when looking for a flat. After a brief chat describing what kind of home we are looking for, Salman showed us the perfect flat. From the very first showing, all way through the contract phase and key handover, Salman was lovely to work with. He is extremely polite, hardworking, professional and pays attention to every detail (for example I asked him to only call after 5pm and not on my partner's number, which he always did or asked him to double check certain details with the landlord). Everything just went really smoothly and was very uncomplicated, which judging from previous experience with other agencies, is not a given.
