GoogleThe company and specifically Louis helped us from start to finish with the offer and the contract for the tenancy and even after moving in, he tried to make sure we settled in and whether we had any complaints about it as a whole. Customer service 6/5, the flat itself had minor issues that we could not have noticed from the viewing, but those were solved quickly. :)

GoogleThe worst estate agents in London - I am still waiting to receive my deposit back even though I moved out 15 days ago. I have tried contacting the agents numerous times to no avail. The people who work here are careless and withholding money from me - I have had to open a dispute with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

Right from the start of my tenancy I moved into a house that was not cleaned and while this was acknowledged by Portico nothing was done and no reimbursement!! Took 2 months to get my deposit back and ignored my emails/calls consistently and tried to charge me for stuff that was not even the landlords but mine!! GoogleAs a result of a flat view arrangement, the letting agent was joyful and empathetic. They were punctual and were able to provide essential information in a timely manner. If there is anything I would like to suggest is that they should better anticipate questions the viewer might ask such as inventory of the flat or utilities included if any. Although this didn't impact the visit quality as the information could be provided at a later time electronically, it would enhance the professionalism that they already demonstrated.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleThe service I received from the Portico letting agents was outstanding, the whole team was brilliant and especially Michael Chapman. Mike was of immense help in the early stages of letting the flat, from always being very responsive and professional, to helping out greatly with sorting out all the references. It was altogether a very satisfying experience. I highly recommend using Portico, and Mike is by far the best agent I have dealt with.
