GooglePortico were extremely professional and attentive when i was trying to find a property to rent. I had the pleasure of dealing with Shaun who was very helpful through out the whole rental process. He understood what my requirements were and always got back to me with any questions i had.

GooglePortico helped us to find a great property to rent, thanks to the letting agent Gabriel Nottingham. Gabriel is very professional and it was a pleasure to work with him. He showed us a few flats and made sure to offer only what was up to our requirements. In the end we found a charming new home. We also enjoyed the website design and simple and user-friendly referencing system used by Portico. We are looking forward to use the benefits of Portico places, offering deals across the city

And I have to be honest, Marc McIlveney at Portico, whether we have been part of his management portfolio or not, has been a top human being and just incredibly efficient as well. From the moment he showed us the property we rent years ago now, through the tough times... and now, with all the uncertainty and this becoming a bumpy ride for us again... we can't thank him enough. GoogleTypical scammy lettings agent, trying to deduct things from the deposit when the place is in a well used condition. For example "scratches on kitchen work surface", when there are chunks taken out of the edges when we moved in. In fact there were chunks taken out of just about everything, nothing that made it unusable which is why we weren't concerned during our tenancy. You can't quibble about a small scuff when next to it there is a bloody great hole! Things like this also make proper cleaning impossible, ever tried cleaning a bit of wood with splintery holes in it? Yet cleaning repeatedly mentioned in check out of things that you can expect us to clean as they are porous and organic! Also scammed us on the check in/check out inventory charges, they claimed they paid for check in when actually was the previous tenant, (this was in past before new laws against this).

GoogleAlthough it may be curious to say as someone who encountered Portico as a buyer, I would thoroughly recommend their services if you are looking for an agent to handle the sale of your property. Gabriel, in particular, was impressive throughout the process and worked extremely hard (or at least harder than I've experienced an agent work before) to neogotaite a good price for the sellers, and then to move both parties toward completion in spite of what were very difficult circumstances. They are an excellent team of professionals.
