GoogleI would avoid renting from Portico if possible. Not professional and not responsive. Flat handed out exremely dirty even though proffesional clean was discussed , agreed and promised. Property management do not answer phone calls. It took more than three months to fix leaking kitcen and more than a month to replace non-working freezer. GoogleWe rented a property through Portico and we had a great experience. Lous Angel was the agent that showed us the property and managed our contract. I was kept informed every step of the way, and when I phoned up to query things he answered promptly and efficiently. Amazing service would highly recommend anyone renting , selling or buying property to use Portico.
