I started my BTL journey with Parkers about 16 years ago. They let and manage all my properties in Reading. Over the years I have built a very good working relationship with the team, specially with Mark B and Sophie F. I have found them to be extremely courteous and competent. All my queries are answered expediently and all issues with the properties and the tenants are dealt with professionally and with care. I trust the whole team at Parkers completely and have never had cause to feel, in the least bit, unsatisfied with their services and ethical stance. If anyone out there is looking for a great team to take care of their property purchase and/or letting requirements, please consider Parkers as your first choice.

They give such a personal service and you can tell that they really care about helping you through what is often a stressful and lengthy process. We primarily dealt with Charlie who has been incredible throughout. He responds to emails promptly and thoroughly, he is always willing to help with any question, he is amazingly proactive and kept us so much more well-informed than our conveyancing solicitor did. He went out of his way to chase things up without even being asked to, and it is thanks to him that our transactions proceeded relatively smoothly and completed as soon as they did. We can't thank Parkers (and particularly Charlie) enough for all that they've done for us.

Parkers have been out lettings and management agent for over 20 years. We couldn't be happier with the way they let, manage, get quotes for repairs or replace white goods whenever needed. Sophie their Property Manager, is extremely professional. Her management skills are exceptional. If I could give her 10 plus stars, I would. At each and every step of the way, she keeps in touch on progress of work being carried out. She's absolutely brilliant at getting contractors quotes through exceptionally fast, sometimes within minutes and quotes are always extremely reasonable.
