GoogleI have been trying to move for over a month now, with many applications sent out for a place to rent. Often, there was no response from many agencies. Moginie James always got back to me. Scheduled viewing was communicated promptly. On the day of viewing, Naomi was brilliant, was on time, cordial, friendly and responded expertly to my questions. GoogleI can’t thank Safiyah enough for being such a lovely and supportive consultant. From start to finish, she kept me well-informed and was always positive, cheerful, and approachable, truly a pleasure to work with! There was a brief period when the process moved to senior management and communication slowed down. I went a week without any updates, which was a bit frustrating at the time. However, once things picked up again, everything was resolved smoothly in the end. Overall, I’m happy with the outcome, and I’m especially grateful to Safiyah for her professionalism and dedication throughout. She really went above and beyond!

GoogleThe apartment has been sold subject to contract. We were very pleased as it only took around 5 weeks. The sales team were very efficient to this end and kept us abreast of all aspects of the situation. The portal used was very useful and informative, so that you could track viewings and feedback. GoogleWe definitely recommend Moginie James Cyncoed Lettings Team led adeptly by James Thomas. We had a zoom call together initially which was a great insight into how his team works. He took as much time as necessary to understand our own needs as landlords. We opted for the tenant find. It took 3 months to find suitable candidates which was more to do with the market at this time. Zoe and Elli did a great job, and informed us of progress, interest, viewings and offers. They were extremely professional and a pleasure to collaborate with. We will continue to work with MJ Lettings team in the future, as it was a positive experience and we are 100% satisfied with the work they did for us. Thank you.
