GoogleWe've been letting our house through Moginie James for over a year now. The company charges a lot for their service, yet there were so many mistakes on their part that literally cost us thousands of pounds that made me question the value of these services. In the hindsight I wish I had chosen a different agent.

GoogleSat waiting for valuer to turn up booked for 11am. A no show even after a confirmation of appointment. no phone call to explain nor opology. After calling to see what was the issue seems they have forgot and want to book in again later in the day. What if it was a prospective sale. Very unprofessional

GoogleIf I could put negative starts I would. I rented with Moginie James for 4 years as a student and I’ve been left traumatised. Throughout the 4 years there was a leak in the shower that they didn’t bother to fix until there was a MASSIVE hole in the living room ceiling. And then they “fixed” just they didn’t so I was just left with A LEAKY HOLE for WEEKS! And when they finally fixed it they opened YET another hole on the wall and left us without a shower for a week. My housemate had to drive to the motorway to use a public shower 😭 and they never really fixed the holes. When I asked for a compensation they just said I could still use the property so they saw nothing wrong with it and when I went to their offices to demand my deposit back THEY LITERALLY CALLED THE POLICE ON ME AND MY FRIENDS. The way these people treat their customers is ridiculous. They’re so unprofessional and unresponsive. They have like a thousand different departments and they can never fix anything. I would rather chop my left arm off than rent with Moginie James again. I advise everyone, ESPECIALLY STUDENTS, to stay away from them. They will treat you like shit and have you live in shit and then blame you for it.

GoogleI don't usually leave reviews but I've been so impressed with the service from Moginie James that I felt it important. I am a landlord and I wanted them to find tenants for my flat in Cardiff. From the first phone call onwards, I cannot fault Jessica, who provided a very efficient, professional and friendly service with excellent communication- she is a huge asset to the company and is genuine, informative and rings/emails when she says she will. Safi was also very efficient and helpful and the whole experience was exceptional. I have used 2 other estate agents previously within the last 5 years and Moginie James were in a different league with how they dealt with me as a landlord and how they also treated prospective tenants - can't recommend them enough!

GoogleI had a wonderful experience with Moginie James. Bradley was super helpful when I called to show my interest in a property. Even after the property we arranged for viewing was no longer available, Bradley called to give an update and suggested another property I might be interested in. Mercedes was also helpful and patient. She took her time to explain all about the property to us and answered all our questions. Overall it was a lovely experience.
