GoogleWe've had a great experience usuing Moginie James. They have answered all our emails and calls quickly and efficiently. The whole process to rent the property has been been quick. Viewed the house Friday, all references and paperwork completed by the following Friday. Everyone I've spoken to throughout has been kind and understand. Really looking forward to our tenancy with them. Been great so far.

My family and I felt we have been looked after, from the moment my mother in law came to sell her home the gentleman who came to value it answered all our questions and made us feel at ease which could of felt like a daunting experience. To my mother in-law downsizing & buying a new house. Karen Hewitt especially been great, constant communication and keeping us in the loop, she has been so welcoming, friendly while remaining professional at all times. GoogleCan’t recommend highly enough, from start to finish the team have been on the ball, super friendly and helpful. I’ve dealt with other estate agents when looking for a new property and they were no where near as inviting or helpful as moginie james. I dealt with Michelle on a number of occasions and what a delight she has been. Cannot fault the team at all.

GoogleMy husband and I dealt with MJ part of purchasing our first home. We spoke to different people at the Estate Agents throughout the process and they were excellent whether in terms of viewing arrangements or subsequently as we purchased our house. They kept us updated each step of the way up to completion point and were very prompt in their responses when we needed them. The were very supportive. Hi Marko, That's correct - we merged our fantastic Cathays Lettings branch and our Roath Sales branch a couple of years ago to create a superbranch in Roath, which is why you won't have found a review page for Cathays, nor any mention of our old Cathays location on our website or google since these two branches were merged. Alyson, Cat, Jo, Maria and Luke and the others provided a service over and above that expected. Friendly, supportive and encouraging, they provided advice and feedback from every viewing. Their professional and friendly approach made everything client centric and this was personally hugely appreciated. I would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone considering placing their property on the market. Well done and thank you.

GoogleI have recently been a client of Morginie James, Roath branch. I would highly recommend these guys, they are definitely at the top of the game in the Cardiff area. I received a 5 star service from start to finish. Nothing was a problem and they made the entire experience of buying and selling a breeze. Graham the branch manager was professional and communicated every step of the process with me. I can honest say I have not experienced services like this from an estate agency before. I have recommended Graham & his knowledgeable team to all my friends & family in Cardiff.

GoogleFrom the first meeting with Andrew the customer service has been second to none. House went up for sale in the Tuesday and was sold by Friday. Karen and the team worked hard to get me the asking price and even got me more. Can't recommend these guys enough. Thank you 👍🏻
