They were great! Really looked after us in our house sale and did everything our way, checking in at every stage. Would definitely go with them again, thanks all

Hi Stevie-Ann, Thank you so much for your kind words. We are passionate about catering to our clients requirements and we always seek to create a bespoke service as no two people (or homes!) are the same, and nor should they be treated as such. We would be absolutely delighted to work with you again in the future and we look forward to the opportunity. Wishing you all the very best, your friends at Moginie James.

Shocking organisational skills. Managed to make a pigs ear of rather basic estate agent responsibilities. Have not enjoyed my time using them.

Hi Dionihilo, Thank you for taking the time to review us. Unfortunately, i am unable to provide any insight regarding the experience you describe as we cannot find any name within our system which correlates (either in full, or in part) to your display name. As a multi-award winning agency with a strong reputation for providing outstanding customer service and achieving exceptional results, we take real customer feedback incredibly seriously and we are passionate about catering to our clients requirements. As the experience you describe is in contrast to the service we are widely known to offer, i would love the opportunity to look into this further. If you are able to email homelife@moginiejames.co.uk with some basic details which will allow us to trace a client record and fully investigate this, we would be sincerely grateful.

We have been really happy with our selling experience with Moginie James. From the initial appointment where a realistic asking price was proposed through to agreeing an offer, the service has been excellent. In particular, Clare Woodruff has provided excellent service and after every viewing, we were updated, without fail, with feedback. We also carried out a viewing with Claire at a property we were interested in purchasing and she was so knowledgeable about the property, it made the viewing so much easier. Her expertise was significantly greater than other Estate Agents in Cardiff we have undertaken viewings with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Claire and Moginie James and would definitely instruct them again in the future. Thank you!

The service provided by Moginie James was excellent from start to finish. I appreciated the considered discussion about what price the house should go on the market for, and the friendliness and efficiency of everyone in the office. It was reassuring to know that the Sales Progression Team was chivvying everyone along. I would certainly recommend Moginie James if you're selling a property.
