GoogleOutstanding service as a buyer looking for properties in the area. Every sales agent was committed to helping us and their knowledge of properties and the area for each house they showed us was extremely helpful. I believe they are THE estate agents to go to for both Buyers and sellers.

GoogleCan’t recommend Moginie James enough. Outstanding customer service and I genuinely felt like I was their only customer because of their prompt responses and proactivity. Karen was incredibly helpful and had excellent communication - keeping me updating with every step of the sale. I wouldn’t use any other agency and if I could give a 6 star rating I would.

GoogleI've just sold my home with Moginie James and found them to be worth every penny. They delivered an excellent service from valuation to completion. Every member of staff I dealt with was professional, friendly and very, very helpful. Their valuation of my property proved to be perfectly pitched and their marketing and sales service was enthusiastic throughout. Their after sales service was really impressive too, keeping me informed at each stage, highlighting any potential hiccups, marshalling solicitors at both ends while ensuring the sale stayed on track. I really couldn't recommend them more highly. I did consider using some of the 'no-commission, fee only' agents and I did speak with a few while hunting for the right agent. I can only say I'm glad I went with Moginie James. The service I received could not be bettered. They clearly understand the local property market and how best to deliver for their clients. Peerless.

GoogleI sold a house through Moginie James this month and what struck me most was their genuine customer care. Graham in particular was consistently helpful and friendly from start to finish but every member of staff I dealt with was equally friendly. I was dealing with a personal issue during the sale and the staff were so considerate and understanding. I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleMy husband and I dealt with MJ part of purchasing our first home. We spoke to different people at the Estate Agents throughout the process and they were excellent whether in terms of viewing arrangements or subsequently as we purchased our house. They kept us updated each step of the way up to completion point and were very prompt in their responses when we needed them. The were very supportive. Thanks for the excellent and painless house purchase experience. Highly recommended.

GoogleAbsolutely horrible stuff, always lying to customers, never helped, getting things even worse. Always read everything you are singing, they say one thing and giving you to sign different. Happened twice already!
