GoogleVery happy with the service received from McFarlane's for our sale; we worked with both Victoria and Christina who were professional, prompt and supported us with our queries as the sale progressed. When we encountered delays in the chain Christina in particular went above and beyond, communicating with the entire chain to attempt to resolve the matter and allow us to proceed; we knew we were in safe hands, and overall have been incredibly impressed and would definitely recommend their services.

GoogleExcellent service from Jo, Fredy and Nick. Jo in particular went out of her way to progress our sale which was complicated by matters completely outwith her control, but her communication skills proved invaluable in bringing matters to a close and speedy exchange. I have no hesitation in recommending McFarlane to anyone wishing to sell a property.

Google5 star service from Christina Hughes and Craig Norris at McFarlanes, Cricklade. In a very challenging market our ex-rental property was advertised on a Monday, viewings took place the next day and we accepted an offer the day after. Craig was responsible for presale advice and presentation of the property on the internet. Thereafter Christina kept us informed of the progress of the sale, acting as intermediary between us, our buyer and both parties’ solicitors and was proactive in pushing things along when progress seemed to be losing momentum. Overall very pleased with the service received from McFarlanes Cricklade office.

GoogleWe can't thank Christina at McFarlane enough for all of her help seeing us through buying our first home. She kept in regular contact with us throughout the process, calling regularly to check in and see if we needed anything from her at all - she definitely made the experience as stress free as possible!

GoogleA professional and courteous sale from start to finish. Good advice on the pricing from Paul & Vicky with feedback after each viewing and recommending excellent solicitors. Once the sale had been agreed, Christina kept us updated throughout. It was always a pleasure to hear her joyful voice and her persistence at getting all parties to do what they were supposed to do in good time was most helpful.

GoogleA bit late as we completed our purchase in March but we have been busy. Christina Hughes was really helpful and communicative, although I will say that we were delayed sooo much because of the top of the chain solicitors, still not Christina’s fault and she did chase them for us really often. All in all happy with the process and we LOVE our new home

GoogleI have found my experience with mcfarlane to be very good. Christina especially to be professional and has the patience of a saint ,with out Christina sorting out every problem quickly the whole chain would have folded. Highly recommend them.

GoogleOur sale was prolonged and anything but straightforward through no fault of McFarlanes. If it had not been for the excellent communication skills of both Jo Costin & Paul we may well have withdrawn from the sale. Nothing was too much trouble, Jo updated us on a regular basis, the advice received from both was excellent, cannot recommend them highly enough, thank you.
