Faultless experience selling through McFarlane. Easy to list using the app, great pictures and advertisement and a quick sale was secured. They then did everything they could to progress the sale through to completion with constant communication up and down the chain and to me as the vendor! Very proactive and no upfront charges for listing / photos etc. Particular shout outs to Tim and Christina (Christina is a machine on the sales progression side!). Would recommend!!! Rachel Howells

We have been very happy with the service provided by McFarlanes. Our first interaction was with Tim. I had left a message to see if we could view the property we have purchased and he left me a voicemail to say it’s had lots of interest, based on that I almost didn’t call back because we had not sold at that point but thankfully I did and we soon found a buyer for our property. However our sale was subject to our buyers selling two properties, it wasn’t ideal but thankfully it all worked out. Special shout out to Rachel, lovely lady and Christina has been fabulous too. Rachel was amazing during the viewings, warm and always helpful and happy to answer any questions we had, and she handled the price negotiations perfectly to make the final sale completely smooth. We had an amazing experience with Christina at McFarlane Cricklade. From start to finish, she handled everything with so much professionalism, care, and attention to detail.Being in a property chain can be incredibly stressful, and there were definitely days when it felt totally overwhelming. At one point, the chain was completely stalled, but Christina intervened and completely turned things around. I had to sell my dad's house as he had suddenly passed away and I couldn't have chosen a better agent to put the house on with. Everyone was incredibly kind and sensitive to the situation and I was kept informed of all the viewings and received feedback after every viewing. Once we had accepted an offer we then dealt with Christina, who was amazing. She understood that it was a straight forward sale and supported me every step of the way. She worked incredibly hard getting the Solicitors on both sides moving. Christina got me laughing when I was at rock bottom and another issue had appeared in the sale and somehow made it all seem that bit easier to cope with.
