We purchased a property through macfarlanes,cricklade. From the first meet at viewing right and all the way through the (long!) process the team were just fantastic. Communication was always there. Silvia we have to give special thanks too,this lady is one in a million and did her upmost to get things moving and to keep me calm! Thank you all x Wouldn't hesitate to recommended you to anyone xx

Not just the normal stuff, but Silvia tracked down surveyors, tree surgeons and established contact with the Council about what could and what could be done about Council and Highways land adjacent to the property, specifically regarding the height of nearby trees. Extremely helpful. Not to mention the card and the gift when I collected the keys.

Friendly and knowledgable staff, a relaxed atmosphere and the best pick of properties in and around Cricklade. This team are happy to help at every turn, kept us informed throughout the buying process and, when we had concerns, they were able to resolve them effectively and with little delay. We tried the other agents and found ourselves very disappointed. Mostly false smiles, false promises and flash suits. Use McFarlane for your next move.

The staff of McFarlane Sales and Lettings could not have been more kind, considerate, hardworking and supportive in helping us through some challenging negotiations earlier this year. We were kept informed of progress throughout the purchasing process and would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend to others.
