GoogleI have recently had a very positive experience working with McFarlane sales team in selling my father's property. The whole team were friendly, approachable, professional and responsive. Oliver took excellent pictures of the property and Tim worked hard to expedite the sale. Also a particular thank you to Christina who made sure that the chain kept progressing. She delivered brilliantly on that and kept me informed through out the process. I highly recommend them.

Google⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We've had a fantastic experience with McFarlane Property, particularly Mark Davison, who has been brilliant throughout the entire letting process. From our initial enquiry right through to signing the tenancy agreement, Mark has been professional, friendly, responsive and incredibly helpful. Communication has been excellent throughout, and he's made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. Nothing has been too much trouble, and we've really appreciated the effort he's put into making everything run smoothly. A big thank you from us. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark and McFarlane Property to anyone looking to rent a property!

GoogleI sold my house recently through the team here - and from start to finish they were wonderful, especially Christina. It was a tricky situation due to there being an outgoing tenant but the team handled it all on my behalf , I didn't have to worry about it at all. Even when things cropped up during the legal steps of the sale , by the time I found out about a problem - it was already sorted. This was a godsend and a very stressful time for me personally. I'd use McFarlane Cricklade again in a heartbeat - thank you so much !

Professional and friendly throughout and happy to deal with any little problems that may arise. Deborah and Anita came round to value out property and listened to every concern we had. GoogleLakarie done a great job at showing us around & even had the Annex unlocked for us to view. The property was perfect but we needed a place to build a garage so unfortunately not for us . Lakarie is definitely the person well suited to sell that bungalow and any other property’s she is a natural at selling. From Chris & Ron landlords that have purchased over 20 properties in the last 20 years.

GoogleI appointed McFarlane to sell my house, which sold within just 3.5 weeks and for a higher price than two other estate agents had suggested. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The whole team have been a pleasure to work with and highly professional throughout, not least Rachel Gomes, who was my main point of contact during the sales stage. Rachel’s communication was excellent - I was always kept well informed about viewings and feedback, and she was quick to respond to any queries I had. Alongside her professionalism, Rachel has a genuinely warm, friendly and caring personality, which made the whole process that much easier. She is a real asset to a great team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend McFarlane to anyone looking to sell their home.

Even though it required a lot of extra work from both sides, her support and efficiency got us through it perfectly. GoogleI highly recommend Mcfarlanes. Laura, Tianah and Natalie from the Old Town office were superb. They were incredibly helpful and guided us through what could have been a stressful process but they made the sale of our property very straightforward. The photos taken by Laura were excellent and helped us to achieve a quick sale. Tianah was super respectful and knowledgeable when showing prospective buyers around and once we’d accepted an offer, Natalie project managed the next stage to completion keeping us informed every step of the way. We weren’t expecting such a positive experience and were very pleasantly surprised.

Deborah achieved above the asking price with four interested buyers, and Natalie kept everything on track through to completion. Both were professional, friendly and brilliant to deal with.
