GoogleAmazing to have had Christina working so hard for my Mother, Liz, during the whole process of buying in Cricklade. On top of her game and never missing a trick, thank you so much. All done with efficiency and great sense of humour!

GoogleAn excellent job well done in helping us sell our house. Christina who was our sales progressor was extremely helpful and kept us up to date all the way. As we were remote from the house location we appreciated all the information and help during the sales process. Tim, who we met originally gave us great information and helped a lot in the early stages of the process. Thanks to everyone who helped us
Dear Mr Eastman, thank you so much for your kind words. It was a pleasure to work with you and we really appreciate you taking the time to write this. Best wishes for the future.

GoogleI found the whole McFarlane team very friendly and helpful. I think my house was fairly priced as I was impressed by the steady stream of people wanting to view it. When it was eventually sold, Christina took over the next step and helped put my mind at rest by keeping me well informed of the progress. She was especially good at getting information from the solicitors and letting me know immediately. I am happy that I chose the right estate agent to sell my house

GoogleBrilliant service provided by Imogen Crossman & Christina Hughes. We dealt with a few estate agents during the process of searching for our first home and Imogen & Christina made McFarlane the best estate agents we had dealt with. We purchased our first house with them. Very friendly & professional. Many thanks! Gemini & Chris (Upavon, Pewsey)

GoogleI have been looking for a first time property in Swindon and found afew I was interested in . Booked a viewing for all of them in one day and eventually chose one . The macfarlane team has been more that great from the first phone call to until the completion of the purchase in particular a wonderful lady called Jo costin . She has been calling and emailing me almost weekly and daily at times to keep me updated with any progress and answer all my questions and even giving opinions . I can’t thank her enough and highly recommend this estate agency to anyone looking a property to buy or let . Many thanks once again
Dear Mo, thank you so much for your lovely review. It really does mean a lot to us and I am glad that we could help you find your first home. Thank you

GoogleThank you McFarlane! We exchanged contracts yesterday and we couldn’t be happier. Tom was great when showing us the property and sorting out the early stages, however Jo C has been a super star throughout the whole process. With many issues with the house sale along the way, Jo worked tirelessly to resolve them, her communication throughout the process has been fantastic and is a real credit. She honestly went above and beyond in chasing solicitors and finding out what was going on and really did progress the sale much quicker than if she wasn’t involved! Couldn’t be more thankful! 5* all round!
Thank you so much for you lovely review. This really does mean a great deal to us and we sincerely thank you for taking the time to write such a glowing 5 star review. Thank you very much. Best Wishes x

GoogleI had to sell my dad's house as he had suddenly passed away and I couldn't have chosen a better agent to put the house on with. Everyone was incredibly kind and sensitive to the situation and I was kept informed of all the viewings and received feedback after every viewing. Once we had accepted an offer we then dealt with Christina, who was amazing. She understood that it was a straight forward sale and supported me every step of the way. She worked incredibly hard getting the Solicitors on both sides moving. Christina got me laughing when I was at rock bottom and another issue had appeared in the sale and somehow made it all seem that bit easier to cope with. I have been so impressed with the professionalism coupled with the personal caring touch offered my McFarlanes. I would highly recommend. If I could give more than 5 ⭐️ then I would. I would give 5 ⭐️ to Christina alone just for keeping me going.
Hello Katherine, thank you so much for your lovely and glowing review for the sales team in our Cricklade office. We really do appreciate your kind and generous words and we will be sure to pass these on to Christina and the rest of the Cricklade sales team. Thank you

GoogleMcFarlane Sales have been brilliant from the start. Tim, Rachel and the team have been very considerate and helpful. My sixth star, if possible, would go to Christina for the following reasons: Informing us every step of the way. Patient and diligent through the process. Always re-assuring in a professional and positive way. But most of all, for understanding the frustrations, listening and adding a still small voice of calm. On behalf of Ann and Fred, thank you.
Dear Janice, thank you so much for your kind words and lovely review. We really do appreciate you taking the time and effort to write this. All the very best for the future. Kind regards, Shaun

TrustpilotAmazing customer service
We are currently looking for a house and we came across one we liked and the sellers were Mcfarlane so we called the agent and a lovely lady called Charlotte answered the phone to my partner, the house we wanted to view had been sold subject to contract so she said she would take our details of what we was looking for and help find alternatives, she was so lovely and helpful and as we were on the phone she was sending us links to houses she was so professional and personable and made it very easy for us. She booked us viewings on houses which Anita showed us around she is also so lovely and very helpful and knowledgeable and just makes you feel at ease so Thankyou Charlotte and Anita we really appreciate it Chloe + George x

GoogleJust can't recommend highly enough! From initial contact to completion has been absolutely spot on from the team. Priced right, plenty of viewings, contact, update, and feedback were always given without me having to chase. Jo, the sales progresser, had her work cut out with my buyers, but she always did everything she could to ensure it all kept ticking along. This was certainly a challenging sale, right up to the 11th hour, but these ladies handled it all so well. Anita, Laura, and Jo, you are all worth your weight in gold. Did I mention they also have the best rate in the market. Would use McFarlane every time.
Dear Mel, thank you so much for your lovely review. It really is appreciated. We all wish you the very best for the future. Kind regards.
