There were a number of complications, that all the staff at McFarlane helped us to sort out with an unusual amount of understanding, patience, kindness and efficiency. GoogleI was nervous about selling my property but found the team at McFarlane friendly and efficient. In particular, the sales progressor Christina Hughes was superb; frequently in contact, but never to much, able to advise on what would help speed up the process, and keep everyone calm and in check. It would have been far more stressful without her. Highly reccomend.

GoogleAvoid these clowns at all costs, their communication with property owners is filled with lies and falsehoods 90% of the time. Avoid at all costs. They will lie about surveys, lie about people dropping out of chains, just constant lies to desperately try and protect themselves with no concern whatsoever of the other parties involved.

GoogleJo was excellent throughout. She gave me regular updates and was very quick to reply whenever I had queries in turn, and was generally friendly and helpful at all times. Tom was also brilliant and put up with my many odd questions on the viewings! I'd definitely recommend the team.

When it was eventually sold, Christina took over the next step and helped put my mind at rest by keeping me well informed of the progress.
