Hi Amy, we feel your 1* review is very unfair. The boiler repair you reported was not able to be resolved the same day due to your call being made out of hours and also because parts needed ordering. I can see the repair was completed within 2 working days of your reporting the issue.

GoogleThis was my first property purchase and I've learnt so much along the way. This includes the difference it makes to have the right people helping. Christina was brilliant. She stayed in touch with all aspects of the purchase, explained things I didn't fully understand, kept me informed of progress and let me know when to chase my solicitors to move the purchase along. GoogleMy thanks to all at McFarlane. Tim thank you for all your help throughout the prolonged process. But Christina you were a marvel - when you needed to you nudged, you cajoled and you pushed to get all parties moving along and you did it all professionally and all with a sense of fun and a lot of laughter. This purchase was far from simple in many ways but you made the difficult bits a lot easier to work through. I'm very happy to recommend McFarlane - Keep up the great work.

GoogleAmazing service from McFarlane, especially from Christina who was fantastic! She went above and beyond and she was the reason why the chain managed to stay together. It wasn’t helped by another agent, I won’t say the name but give a clue, RJ, who had 5 properties in the chain and genuinely didn’t have a clue or even seem to care. It was McFarlane who chased every solicitor and property and made the move happen for 11 purchasers, we can’t thank you enough! Rob & Amy

Just awful. Didn't bother to even put up a for sale sign. Set up a friend to do a test viewing who said there wasn't much effort to sell the house. Then they come back to me saying I need to reduce the price - to hasten a sale so they can grab their commission. Sacked them in the end and appointed new agency.
