Duncan and Sam are very helpful and professional team. They found tenant for my house in very sort time and whole process was hassle free . I would strongly recommend mother marshal's fully managed service to all landlords.. You don't need to do anything. And plus more they offer you rent guarantee if anything goes wrong.

I was purchasing a property advertised through MM. From the outset, MM were very prompt in responding to my requests. If I used email they always acknowledged that action was being taken and followed up very promptly. In this era of social media I liked that MM would typically phone me to give me updates and make sure that I had all that I needed. So it started with purchasing the property through Mather Marshalls Stevenage Old Town, to then selling the property on 10 months later due to upsizing. We purchased our new home through Purple Bricks, so thought it was easy enough we'll sell with them too. The biggest waste of £1200 i've ever spent. Unless you're selling something that appeals to the whole market and in high demand this platform isn't going to work. The "agent" takes your money and then you have all the control. We decided to go with Mather Marshalls, they were on a mission from day 1. Selling the property once for us, unfortunately falling through and then selling again a couple of weeks later still for a great price. The guys couldn't do enough for us. We are so happy with the professionalism and proactive approuch they all have. We would 100% recommend them to anyone. Fantastic service

Lovely house viewing, led around by Louise. She was lovely, informative, told us all we needed to know, and was honest about the property. Not at all like a stereotypical estate agent who slates any other properties you mention to have visited that are not theirs, she was honest and unbiased when showing us around the property. Paperwork and signing for the house was all extremely simple and it all happened very quickly, much to our delight. No issues at all and very friendly staff, and very kind and flexible when we had to change our viewing appointment times for various reasons! Definitely would use again!

Sam and Duncan sold me my new house which I am now writing this review from in peace, calm and comfort. Sam - Sam is a really warm soul. He is always professional and knowledgable. He showed me my property several times, always with a smile on his face. He actually showed me several properties so I felt as though I got used to him over time. I have to say that I did't have as much to do with the team dealing with the purchase as I did with the ale but I wouldn't hesitate to use Mather Marshall for the sale of a property. Sam went the extra mile in removing a kingsize bed from the house I was buying after the tenants left, which really helped me out. Duncan, the branch manager was really helpful in making sure that the purchase went smoothly. The team always answered and returned calls promptly and couldn't do enough to help me whenever I called. I rate the team at Mather Marshall very highly and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
