View AgentsOver achieved against expectations
Mather Marshalls price estimate was significantly higher than all the other local agents, but Mather Marshall had confidence they could deliver, and they certainly did. Ive no doubt we wouldnt have achieved close to the actual price we received if it hadnt been for Darren and the team at Mather Marshall

View AgentsThe Best estate agent in Knebworth
Darren is The Best Estate Agent in Knebworth!! he sold our house in a week to the second person that viewed it, the marketing was spot on and a cut above the local competition, During these difficult times I can honestly say I could not have asked for a better agent, we were kept in the loop constantly. and I appreciated the "will do whatever it takes" attitude to get the sale over the line in the current covid disruptions, Nothing was too much trouble. Very pleasant experience from all members of staff. Thank you kindly for making the experience as pain free as possible, well done all x

View AgentsGreat Local Estate Agent!
We saw the property we brought on a social media post. Prior to that we hadn't even thought about taking the next steps from renting to buying our own home. Not only was the social media element great throughout the whole process we were informed and guided. Darren was attentive and went the extra mile in helping us secure our home. Even doing a follow up viewing on his day off. We can't thank him enough for his help. At the time we were also renting through Mather Marshall and Darren helped us with ending our tenancy and we are so lucky to live in a village where Darren, his family and staff go the extra mile to supporting the village and truly making this a great community to live in.

View AgentsMather Marshalls Estate Agents of Knebworth - Outstanding!
Darren Gilbert from Mather Marshalls Estate Agents based in Knebworth, Hertfordshire has been absolutely fantastic in selling our home. In order for our offer to be accepted on our purchase we were given seven days to sell our home and it wasn't even on the market! I called our local Independent Estate Agents (Mather Marshalls) immediately and spoke to Mr Darren Gilbert to explain the urgent situation, Darren came to our property within a couple of hours to survey and take photographs for marketing. My wife Victoria and I were extremely impressed with his attitude, in-depth knowledge and plethora of experience within the industry. Darren called a few hours later to say he had just emailed us a first draught to check all of the information was correct and we were happy (which it was and we were!) and then had our property advertised the same day on multiple platforms. Darren called the following day to say he had several viewings arranged over the next few days, he then proceeded to sell our home on day 6 and above our asking price! The expected moving dates was around 3 months from acceptance, Darren kept us fully informed all along the way of the sale and also our purchase, nudging a few solicitors to hurry up too! Darren didn't just sell our home he fully managed the sale and purchase, checking up and making sure all parties concerned were organised! Mather Marshalls of Knebworth really do care, they are not a big faceless estate agents ready to rip you off for a sub standard service., we received a personal, first class service at a very reasonable price.
Darren, we cannot thank you enough or recommend you highly enough, you are a credit to the industry and the Local community in which you support so well. Thank you again!

Three words used in the title are so on point with this individual. Darren was nothing but professional throughout our sale. Especially as we live abroad he dealt with everything for us and nothing was too much trouble. He provided a honest valuation, listed our property with fantastic details and pictures and then secured a sale within 7 days of listing. A gentleman and honour to work with. Highly recommended, A proud community driven person that has drive and dedication. This is rare for me as i do not generally give reviews but this man deserves it! Well done and thank you.
