I was really happy with the entire offer by Mather Marshall. The cost was very reasonable, the valuation was done well and was suitable (higher than most, with the caveat of aiming for similar to other valuations.) The photos taken were great, and my flat was under offer within a week - can't ask for much more than that. The process was smooth, and I was happy with how it all went through; 14 weeks start to finish, including leasehold pack.

Totally professional and helpful when called upon and always kept up to date with any changes or just a call to touch base. Out of 4 valuations we got - Mather Marshall were the highest and pretty much got us the asking price. Some of the other agents suggested putting the house on the market for £15k less than what we eventually got so from that perspective they were very good. Their rates were reasonable too. The agent (James) also worked hard pushing things along to enable us to exchange contracts on time. Our only criticism of them was that we had to get them to amend the house details as what they had produced contained some minor inaccuracies.

I just wanted leave a review about Mather Marshall, specifically Tracey Plenty who showed my round the property, I have been looking for a property for about 6 months and have had some very bad experiences with certain agents where I felt like they were providing me with minimal information and did certainly did not compare to the level of courtesy that Tracey showed. Tracey has such a welcoming lovely personality which was recognised as soon I began talking to her, any questions I had about the property were answered fully and she even gave me further information about the local area and transport which was very useful as it was the first day I had been looking at properties in Stevenage. I feel she is very genuine and that she really wanted to help me buy my first property. All in all I just wanted to say that with her empathetic and caring nature she has made me very happy and has also gone out of her way (e.g. today on her day off) to provide me further information I needed. I hope that her level of service is recognised as I'm sure many others in my situation will have noticed the difference between her and other agents they have come across! Davina

We really appreciated the assistance we got from the team at Mather Marshall. They did a great job selling the house and giving us updates. When we lost our first buyer unavoidably they had us back on the market within a day and resold with multiple offers in less than a week. They then made sure they chased the right people throughout the sales process whilst at the same time giving honest feedback on progress. We also purchased through them and the efforts made ensured we didn't lose that property either. Thank you Duncan, Philip and the rest of the team.
