View AgentsFor Sale for one week then boom...Sold!
When I was thinking of selling my property I decided to have 2 estate agents over, the first was Barry from Mather Marshall in Stevenage, he was friendly, I didn’t feel pressured but felt a great sense of trust in this company! The second agent came over and this was the opposite feeling! Mather Marshall set up two viewings on one day, I left it to them to show my viewers around as I thought I’d under sell my property and they were the experts right! Well they certainly were because one viewer put her offer in and there was no looking back! I had lived at my property for 23years and obviously a novice when it came to moving, I would have a question, I’d email the office and would get a reply straight away or a friendly phone call to put my mind at ease. I am now settled in to my new home and would most certainly recommend Mather Marshall to everyone! They are simply the best!

FacebookRecently attended a First Time Buyer event set up by Darren. I didn't know what to expect from the event but came away feeling very positive and have a better understanding of how to get the ball rolling to get to the end goal of buying a property. The event was very informative and personal, it didn't feel like a sales pitch and was just an honest and relaxed atmosphere. I feel like virtually all my questions were answered in full and I look forward seeking out help from Darren in the near future on my pledge to become a home owner.

We had our late parents property on the market for over a year when someone recommended using Mather Marshall . Duncan was honest and straight forward. Their fee is not the cheapest in the area but also not the most expensive but I must stress that it is worth every penny and they do go the extra mile. They got viewings, set up a family "Whatsapp " group with updates, which was fantastic for my Brother who lives in New York and they sold the property within a month. When we had some unusual issues with the land registry and rather than loose the sale, they suggested renting the property to our buyer until completion, which was a fantastic idea, rather than loose the sale. A massive thanks to all the team, especially Sam & Duncan.

Sam was our point of contact during the purchase of our home. We found him to be friendly efficient and professional throughout what was a long and frustrating process. He was very knowledgeable about the conveyancing procedures and was always able to come up with helpful solutions whenever problems arose. He responded to our calls/messages promptly and when he wasn't available somebody at the office was on hand to assist
