Whilst we can recommend a couple of local financial advisors which provide comprehensive financial advice we would not apply pressure on our clients to use them.

Googlenever ever recommend this agent. no integrity . cancelled viewing at the last minute after many confirmation and reminder email. staff did not even apologies properly for the inconvenience caused.

We are sorry that you did not get to view this property but unfortunately it was taken by a prospective tenant that viewed it earlier that day. We telephoned you to cancel this viewing as soon as this had occured. Whilst we understand this is disappointing we felt it was better to let you know rather then you waste your time viewing a property that was no longer available.

GoogleWhat an absolute joke of an estate agency, very rude, very unprofessional, talk over you on the phone, and blackmail you with legal action to take previous reviews down. Avoid, avoid, avoid! These are not honest people, judging by previous reviews from other people, we aren’t the only ones to have been messed around either. Good riddance is all I can say.

As explained you unfortunately did not meet the criteria for the property you applied for and therefore we could not process your application. We would rather let you know this before any financial commitment has been made so that you do not waste any money. I understand there was a slight delay in updating you in relation to your application and we apologise for this but we cannot always reply to enquiries immediately.

GoogleI would have no hesitation in using Mather Marshall again to sell or buy a home. They were always professional, considerate and informative - keeping me updated constantly with progress relating to sale of my house. Would highly recommend them.

After having a bad experience waiting for referencing from letters property management, it was a breath of fresh air dealing with Mather Marshall. Louise was patient and helpful through the whole process. i would recommend letting with them
