Martin Collins made this stressful process seamless and even enjoyable!

I was being shown properties by at least 10 of Kentish Town's (many) estate agents, but Martin was always the one who went above and beyond to find me a fantastic home that fitted my requirements perfectly. During the offer process he was always up front and frank, which was refreshing considering some of the conversations I had been having. Happy first time buyers

Committed and supportive in house buying process

We had to sustain quite a lengthy sale process with many obstacles on the way. Chris was great throughout the process, including managing to book a viewing with a tenant who would not allow any potential buyers to view the property. He was later full of good initiative and accommodating in showing the house as many times as we needed. He consistently followed through on the sale process so no unneeded time was lost (for example, nudging the solicitors frequently). In short, he was everything we hoped for in a good agent, with a sense of reliability and working with us throughout this process.
