GoogleManning Stainton were a fantastic support to me when completing on my property this week. Natalie went above and beyond when a delay in completion left me stranded. She persuaded my vendor to allow me to store my possessions overnight in the house despite it not yet having completed, stood in the cold with me as my removals unloaded and was chasing the solicitors none stop to make my completion happen. I'm so grateful as I was in such a sticky situation and Natalie really turned it around (and prevented me from needing to find a storage unit at 5pm!).

GoogleWe have been really pleased with the service we have received so far from Manning Stainton in particular, that from Jacob Onyando. Jacob has been incredibly proactive in providing updates, so much so we have never felt the need to call as we knew Jacob would be in touch. Our house sold within a week for more than the asking price and is progressing well due to Jacobs proactivness. We are very grateful to the service Jacob has provided to us.

GoogleWhat an amazing service from start to finish. Lauren Horne from the start helped us with securing the sale of our property. Nothing was too much for her and always at the end of the phone when I needed her. Charlotte Poutney our move manager was fantastic, every step of the way she made this a seamless process, noting was too much for her. The communication between us and our buyers was brilliant thanks to Charlotte, She was on the ball and always updating us. The sale was completed in 9 weeks and we believe it was down to Charlotte's help and support that this was possible. Both Ladies such a credit to the company.

GoogleI honestly cannot fault the entire Manning Stainton team at Guiseley. We sold our house with them and had a fair few bumps in the road, however on each occasion the team pulled through and worked so hard to get us the result we wanted. Special shout out to Lucy and Matthew who are simply superb. Thank you!
