GoogleI wanted to leave a review for the Branch Manager at Headingley - Amy King. Amy went above and beyond to support myself and my elderly uncle with the sale of his property. This type of personal service is hard to find in this day and age of on-line estate agency services. When you need someone to guide you and be available to support the family with purchase or sale she was fantastic. Can't recommend enough.

GoogleWe've just completed on our purchase through Manning, and I have to say they genuinely impressed us throughout the process. Our viewing was handled by Jenny, who came thoroughly prepared and was able to answer detailed questions on the spot; boiler warranty, window replacements, when the electrics were last done, and roof work. There was one small inaccuracy regarding the attic boarding, though I suspect this was simply a mix-up with another property rather than anything intentional. Once we put in an offer, the team were attentive and proactive at every stage, with very little need for us to chase - which, as anyone who's bought a house knows, is a genuine luxury. When our chain broke down in December it was obviously a frustrating time, but Evie was exceptional. She kept us regularly updated, chased information on our behalf, and handled my disappointment with real patience and professionalism. Once things got moving again, Charlotte took over and was an absolute pleasure to deal with - thorough, helpful, and reassuringly on top of everything right through to completion. A really strong team. Would not hesitate to recommend. They have also put us with Levi Solicitors to work with through the process who were really great and would also reccomend.

On the viewing at Flat 5 Rivermill House, 55 Darnley Street, Gravesend, Kent, DA11 0PB he took me through the rooms, amenities, white goods and fittings which were in excellent condition . The Flat too was in excellent condition. The service by Luke was excellent and professional. Would recommend them

GoogleI honestly cannot thank the team at JNP High Wycombe enough. After experiencing homelessness with my two children and spending over a month moving between hotels, family homes and temporary accommodation, I was desperately trying to secure a property. Having had some very difficult experiences elsewhere, I was exhausted, overwhelmed and beginning to lose hope. From my very first conversation with Lloyd, I felt listened to and treated as a person rather than just another application. He took the time to understand my situation and immediately made me feel that somebody genuinely cared. Phoebe and Lindsay then went above and beyond throughout the entire process. They were compassionate, understanding, professional and incredibly responsive. They understood the urgency of my situation and worked so hard to help move things forward as quickly as possible. What stood out most was their kindness. At a time when my family was going through one of the most difficult periods of our lives, they showed empathy, patience and genuine humanity. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they consistently kept me informed and reassured throughout the process. Thanks to their support, my children and I now have a home. Whilst they were simply doing their jobs, the reality is that the difference they have made to our lives is immeasurable. They helped provide stability, security and a fresh start after an incredibly challenging time. Lindsay, Phoebe and Lloyd are a credit to JNP and I will never forget the kindness they showed my family. I would recommend JNP High Wycombe without hesitation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
