GoogleVicky was absolutely amazing at sorting my mortgage. She took her time to explain the whole process, as a first time buyer I had absolutely no idea, but she had no issue with answering my never ending list of questions. Vicky was able to make appointments around work and other commitments. I will definitely be back in touch with her in 5 years when it comes remortgaging.
Thanks for the kind words Lana😊 …

GoogleI would like to express my gratitude to Vicky Alexandra for providing a highly professional guidance during the entire mortgage process. She remained proactive and clear in communication from the very beginning. Vicky possesses sound knowledge about various lenders and their criteria and would assist you in finding the right one that suits your needs. A good mortgage advisor is invaluable and Vicky is definitely one of them. I highly recommend getting in touch with her for your mortgage needs.
Thanks Yana!🙌 …

GoogleAbsolutely poor from the get go. My girlfriend fell pregnant and as soon as she found out we got cracking with trying to get a house. We thought we would surley have a house before the baby came but we didn’t even get a mortgage in principle. 10 months and still didn’t get no where. We did everything they asked of us and did everything as quick as we could. I now have a 3 month old baby living with my parents because we don’t have a home. We have started the process again with another company and it’s took them 2 weeks to get us further than what we got with these guys. Absolutely joke of a company and the people handling our mortgage didn’t have any sympathy at all for our situation. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND WILL NEVER FORGIVE THEM.

GoogleAbsolutley positive experience at Manning Staintons from searching their website, ringing to booking a viewing, the viewing itself then on to meeting Vicky Alexander our mortgage advisor at Manning Staintons office. She was so helpful explaining every step of the process. She listened and understood our needs. She secured our mortgage for us and kept us in the loop every step of the way. We’re only a few weeks away from our new home, our new adventure. Many thanks Manning Stainton team especially Vicky Alexander for all your help and advice.

GoogleI have to commend Vicky Alexander on the excellent service she provided as a mortgage broker. Vicky was helpful and responsive and really knows her stuff. She explained complex jargon in a simplified way and offered helpful guidance. Vicky made the whole process of securing a mortgage and associated cover feel relatively painless. Highly recommend!
