Gemma and Rochelle really kept the process going from the point of agreeing the sale through to completion - lots of good communication between them and the buyers; other agents and solicitors. GoogleAll the staff at the Pudsey office have been extremely helpful throughout the process of selling my house. Whilst it sold in 10 days, legal matters caused considerable delays which were outside the control of Manning Staintons. Despite this, the staff, and in particular Debbie, were very supportive giving me regular updates to reassure me when it seemed that the legal process had stalled. This is the second time that I have used the Pudsey office in the last eleven years and once again I have utmost confidence in their service. Thoroughly recommended, very many thanks.

For many years I have dealt with Mannings Stainton.Our rental property in Horsforth was managed by them and I was extremely pleased with the professional and prompt attention to any problems. It was a no brainer that when I came to sell the property that I would choose Manning Stainton to act for me. Once again the experience was one of professionalism and complete control of the sale. It was a pleasure to deal with Lesley Alexander,who kept me well informed at every stage of the sale. The estate agents put me in contact with a very useful Mortgage advisor, who made that side of things extremely easy (especially for someone new to the process). The agent overseeing my purchase was Kyle, who kept me informed regularly throughout the process and who was extremely useful in answering questions etc throughout the whole thing. Thank you!

Throughout the whole sale experience all the team at Manning Stainton were friendly, polite, efficient and effective and it's no surprise that in the end they got the job done. The team kept us updated throughout the whole process and carefully made what appeared complicated simple. My Sister and I are delighted we chose Manning Stainton out of all the local estate agents, it is one of our better decisions. When I hand delivered a thank you card to the team it was a deeply moving experience. The irony is not lost that their slogan is Helping Oakwood Move. Great service received from Natalie at the Crossgates office. Totally on the ball with regular progress updates, communication was excellent and the whole sale process was super smooth.
