GoogleHannah (Gravesend Branch) was absolutely terrific and made our experience of getting visiting the properties we wanted to see - all while lining up times with the vendors for the ones she couldn’t be present for herself - absolutely seamless! Hannah was also a genuine eased rep to communicate with and at the same time as holding the utmost professionalism. Pleasure to have dealt with :)

GoogleWe were happy with the service we received. Rochelle and Gemma were absolutely brilliant at chasing the other parties in the chain and keeping the process going. Briony and the rest of the team were also very good at keeping us up-to-date with interest in our property and booking viewings. The initial valuation was 12% higher than the price we eventually sold for so probably prolonged the process, but this was in line with what other EAs in the area recommended

GoogleJust sold our house through Manning Stainton. Really happy with the service and would reccommend anyone wanting to put their property on the market to do it with them. We were allocated a representative, Briony, she was very experienced, she kept is upto date, throughout the sale and always went the extra mile if we needed assistence with paper work etc. Thankyou Briony and the rest of the team at Manning Staintons, Pudsey.

Ben was our initial contact and made us feel well taken care of with regards to the process and the confidence we would have in using Manning Stainton and the full team have lived up to that. Ellie Garside was our sales representative and really pulled it out of the bag in being able to get the property on line, keeping us informed of it's status and getting in viewings super quick. This has really hassle free process and we are grateful for the attentive care. We have now had our handover to Habib who is looking after us now that the property has sold, a very smooth handover, a lovely introductory call and again the confidence that we are in good hands. GoogleGreat experience with Manning Stainton Pudsey. Debbie was very responsive, always pleasant to deal with and kept us well updated throughout. The office team were also excellent (including Georgia) - calls were always answered and there was always someone available to help, which really stood out. I do think the initial valuation was slightly on the high side, which may have slowed things down early on, but overall the service was strong and supportive. Thank you to Debbie and the team - much appreciated!

GoogleThe review re dodgy landlords is entirely true .... This is an insurance policy forced upon tenants by Landlord/Agents who receive commission but in breach with FCA regs are not licensed brokers to sell this iffy …

GoogleI can’t stop recommending this agency! We had a viewing in 22 Whites Close, Greenhithe, DA9 9JL, and although my partner and I were so late, Toby (our estate agent) waited for us for almost an hour and with smile on his face, showed us around the property. We have been looking for so long and we’ve met many unpleasant agents that don’t care about you as a buyer and just want to do a quick sale. However, Toby is the best! He gave us useful advices and was trying to find the middle ground so he can make both sides happy. It was pleasure having him around. If you go through this agency, make sure to request for Toby! If I could choose one agency moving forward as a buyer, it would be a Livermore! Very nice people that care about everyone!!! Thank you Toby for being so awesome ⭐️

GoogleStarted out well but now can't seem to get any response or support. Placed an order almost a month ago, can't get any update on the progress of the order despite numerous emails. Tried calling and sat in a queue for over 10 minutes before I gave up. Placed my order elsewhere. I don't think I'll be renewing any contracts with Global 4.

GoogleI couldn't recommend 'Ildi' at Fine and Country Uppingham enough. She was on top of everything throughout my house search and purchase. Always with positive intent, even at the tricky moments. Ildi also supported with a known solicitor and between us we got the house sale complete in well under two months.. I'd add I wouldn't have found the house without Ildi's persuasion as it wasn't what I had requested but she clearly knew me well enough to suggest I look. Well she was right and its the perfect house. In a tough climate the whole process was enjoyable. You don't say that too often when buying a house!
