GoogleWe purchased an apartment through manning Stainton and without the continuous support from Deborah I think I might have pulled out 6mths back and forth with solicitors Deborah chased them for me aswell keeping me updated I can't thank her enough for her support nothing was too much trouble.

She went above and beyond, from helping me book a surveyor to chasing solicitors and securing my moving date, even with a tricky property chain. Alex and Habib also kept me updated weekly and answered all my questions quickly. Thanks to this fantastic team, my dream of owning my first home has come true. GoogleFantastic company. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. They delivered on what they said they would do. A few minor snags, as is common in any project, but Tim and Harry handled everything incredibly well and promptly. The design team, featuring a different Tim and Claire were excellent too. 10/10

The whole team was efficient, professional, and incredibly supportive, but a special mention has to go to Jenny Archer, who went above and beyond at every stage. GoogleWow what a breath of fresh air, Manning Stainton at Rothwell are. My Son has completed on a purchase through them today. I have worked in the industry for 20 years as a Mortgage Broker. Working with Manning Stainton on both a personal and professional level I really can not fault them. No pushy sales staff and all working positively for the same goals.
