Definitely the most on-the-ball and straightforward Estate Agent I dealt with in the Leeds area. Agents primarily work for the vendor, but as a purchaser I felt they gave that extra % They were friendly, helpful, arranged multiple viewings at short notice and kept us ‘in the loop’. Overall great service and I’d certainly recommend considering them if you are selling a house.

GoogleVery unprofessional. I was buying a house through them, and waiting on a query on the survey. They threatened to readvertise the property unless I signed an immediate exchange. Nobody would exchange when everything isn’t verified. They blamed it on the seller, but they should know better.

GoogleWe recently went through what can only be described as a turbulent sale, but thank goodness for Sue she was our storm chaser! From the very beginning, Sue didn’t just ride the waves; she took the wheel and never let up on the gas, making sure we stayed on course no matter how rocky things got. The whole process had its ups and downs, with a few unexpected hurdles along the way, but Sue remained calm, collected, and determined throughout. She didn’t just offer support, she took action, always one step ahead, ensuring we were informed, confident, and prepared for every twist and turn. Her proactive approach kept the sale moving forward, and we genuinely believe that without her unwavering persistence, things would have taken much longer to close.

GoogleWe would recommend manning stainton Guiseley for selling your house. We chose manning stainton over other branches for their friendly and personal approach. We felt listened to and supported throughout our house move journey - which was a long process from listing to moving 14 months!!! Jack who delt with our sale was fantastic and patient throughout the journey keeping us updated and providing advice when needed. Doing most of our viewings we always felt in good hands. After finally selling - Lauren was our move manager, she was amazing at keeping in contact and chasing things when needed, again she was really friendly and understanding of our circumstances after a stressful year. GoogleHannah Lund and Charlotte Poutney are fantastic, as are the rest of their team at Manning Stainton. Hannah recently handled the sale of my house, and Charlotte took over while the sale was agreed. Hannah was always friendly and efficient, responds quickly to queries, has excellent skills with encouraging buyers, and was always lovely to speak with. I always felt I was in safe hands with Hannah managing my case and that made it much less stressful for me. I felt Hannah's priority was doing what was best for me, from the start right until the chain closed. I have already recommended Hannah to friends who may decide to move. Once the sale was agreed, Charlotte Poutney took over as my Move Manager. Charlotte was brilliant too. She handled difficult negotiations with ease and she was instrumental to holding the chain together. Like Hannah, she helped quickly and professionally with all the queries I had, helped to keep me calm, and handled the challenges that came her way with ease, right up until we had moved into our lovely new home.

GoogleCodie was absolutely fantastic with the way she supported us through our house moves. Unfortunately, two houses we were buying fell through due to issues in the chain, but Codie kept us up to date with what was going on and she always kept on top of everything to ensure things happened as quickly as possible. The part year has been really challenging for us, we had a newborn baby and had to move into my in-laws house whilst we waited for our houses to complete. If it wasn't for Codie things would have been much harder to cope with. We are now living happily in our new house and we couldn't recommend her or the Manning Stainton Rothwell branch enough. GoogleRecently sold a property via the Windermere branch and the service provided throughout was excellent. From the initial valuation meeting, there was a real sense of investment from the team. Processes were clearly explained, support provided, deadlines met and there was always a warm welcome when visiting the branch in person. I cannot fault the professionalism of those involved, would thank the team for a very smooth process and would thoroughly recommend them to any prospective house sellers.
