Matt initially, subsequently Charlotte for training and most recently Lucy from support have been excellent and patient within the process setting up Lettspay for our new Lettings business. Really user friendly system for both the business and clients. A lot of USP’s for this platform over traditional singular client accounts that appealed to us and now it’s up and running we think it was absolutely the right choice. No hesitation recommending.

GoogleDespite rental property being empty they will not book a viewing. Using lie about the reference criteria not being able to pass. I use goodlord myself and know the criteria. Landlord be aware your house might be empty for a while.

Hi Izzy, As explained in branch, our referencing process includes an affordability check, which requires an income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent in order to proceed. You mentioned you had a guarantor, and for them to meet the referencing requirements, they would need an income of at least 3 times the rent. Unfortunately, this criteria wasn’t met, which resulted in the referencing being unsuccessful. Ultimately, it is the landlord’s decision whether to accept an applicant with a guarantor. In this case, the landlord has confirmed they would only like to proceed with applicants who are able to pass referencing independently, without the need for a guarantor. For that reason, we weren’t able to move forward with your application on this occasion.
