GoogleThe guys at Manning Stainton Adel have been so good to us. Our sale and purchase ultimately fell through due to our buyer pulling out, however this is no reflection on the team at all. We met Matthew who was so professional and not pushy for us to sell through this office at all, which was part of the reason we decided to use Manning Stainton. Izzy then handled our sale and was always available, had great communication with us and help out with any issues that came up. Yvonne worked with us to try and complete the sale, and with a tricky buyer, did all that she could to try and ensure things went smoothly. She was a great support to us through a very stressful period. We were very happy with our experience and will definitely be returning to these guys when we come to put our property back on the market in the next few years!

GoogleLesley Alexander at Manning Stainton (Wortley) was fantastic throughout my purchase of dream propery. She kept me updated every step of the way and made what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable, especially given how long the mortgage application took to go through. The wider branch team were also great to deal with before Lesley took over as my Move Manager. Would definitely recommend their service to anyone buying or selling in Leeds.

GoogleHannah Lund was amazing helping organise everything to do with getting my property ready for market. Photos were great and done timely, and the speed of marketing was excellent. Manning Stainton kept in touch every week and sent really useful reports, Whilst my property did not sell and I had to wirthdraw from the market, I would reccomend Manning Stainton and will highly consider using them in the future.

GoogleI have had to complain about some of there tennants about noise they are making constantly the company have been unhelpful and quite abrupt and rude in there replying,they are obviously going to do nothing about it plus there tennants had a leak which came into our property,this company sent some one round eventually,they ran the water and said every thing is fine, totally ignoring all the water stains on our ceilings so they were called back because it got worse,we had to get the freeholder involved and the landlord of the property involved because they were taking so long to fixe a simple problem and still they took there time to fix it,with no apologies,no attempt to to say sorry or try and pay for damages,i can say they can not be trusted, not sure what they actually do for there money they take off people and I have e,mails that have been sent back and forth aswell and now they lied to there tenants saying we were saying they were playing loud music at 2am and banging around when I never said anything like that,they nearly made our situation much worse must by lying ,what i actually had said was there water pump was going none stop during the day and at 2am it was going none stop and woke me up,so I said theyneed to get some one to fix it,thank god the neighbours had reported it all ready, i dont know why they lied
David, this is a totally unfair review & I will report it to google. We have 54 emails in a thread from you ( & around 25 more from your partner on various threads as neighbours) chatting over a leak that has been fixed, a ceiling that needed to fully dry before the freeholder can get insurance to pay, a noisy shower pump when the shower is in use & children being children & sometimes jumping around. We have suggested you chat to your neighbours to rectify any noise politely as it happens as living in a flat it is key that everyone communicates. We have also asked you to log any noise & record it & send us logs once a month if you have issues after communicating. To slate my company & team is therefore totally unfair. Jacky Owner

GoogleVery unhelpful,even when we had a leak and lots of noise and anti social noise nuisance.No help at all and do not care.answer very rudely back and never sort anything.We had to let our freeholder know about issues as they were not sorting anything.we had to wait for the leak to be worse for awhile before it was sorted and only due to my other half knowing the problem but yet the soo called plumber they haf did not sort it or know or want to do anything that they used.it wrecked our insides and they did not care at all.Just like the temants that cause on purpose stuff and I am surprised our ceiling hasn't come down yet.it is more than just normal stuff and they just don't sort out anything.The hard floor in a flat and loads of time of the day problems .they just reply with no care or rudeness instead of doing they're job even from the start.poor company they're false promises of they're fake caring and listening.
Karen, as a neighbour of one of my lets this is very unfair. I have around 40 emails from you & have replied every time. You & David have now chatted to my tenants to resolve issues & there was no antisocial behaviors, just some noise from a 3 year old child & a shower pump to which a plumber has been called. Please reconsider what you have written & I shall report this to google. JACKY OWNER
