As a first-time buyer, I couldn’t have done it without Lesley Alexander at Manning Stainton Wortley. She went above and beyond, from helping me book a surveyor to chasing solicitors and securing my moving date, even with a tricky property …

Review of Property Management Agent: Adam Adam has been lovely over my 2 years renting with Manning Stainton. With quick responses throughout my tenancy, easy to reach and always happy to help. I don't think I've had a better estate agent contact in the last 7 years of renting. Thanks Adam!

Fantastic company. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. They delivered on what they said they would do. A few minor snags, as is common in any project, but Tim and Harry handled everything incredibly well and promptly. The design team, featuring a different Tim and Claire were excellent too. 10/10

Great estate agents, All very helpful but particularly Hannah Lund, who, in my opinion, worked above and beyond and kept all parties in the loop. I always believed the estate agents job was only to sell the property but Hannah kept us up to date with all that was going on. Mark Gent

I bought my property through Manning Stainton (Headingley branch), and the experience was outstanding from day one. The whole team was efficient, professional, and incredibly supportive, but a special mention has to go to Jenny Archer, who went above and beyond at every stage. This was a complex chain, yet Jenny handled everything with such calmness, care, and determination. She kept everyone on track, communicated clearly, and genuinely cared about getting the sale through. Her professionalism and warmth made a stressful process so much easier. I’m deeply grateful for all the effort the team put into making things happen. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an agency that truly goes the extra mile.

Wow what a breath of fresh air, Manning Stainton at Rothwell are. My Son has completed on a purchase through them today. I have worked in the industry for 20 years as a Mortgage Broker. Working with Manning Stainton on both a personal and professional level I really can not fault them. No pushy sales staff and all working positively for the same goals. The updates from Codie have been very regular, helpful and informative. I have worked with many estate agents over the years and would say that Manning Stainton are one of the very best. Thank you all for your contribution into making my sons First Home purchase a fun and exciting experience.

There were no problems, no issues, just genuine care and professionalism the whole way through. You can tell they truly care about what they do and about the people they’re helping. It’s rare to come across people who put so much heart into their work, but Tracie and Jess definitely do. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, they’re simply amazing!
