GoogleWe used Manning Stainton recently to sell our house, Sarah and team did a great job throughout the marketing of the house, supporting us through the process and all the viewings. Macy handled all of the offers and was great throughout the legal stage, helping with all the queries and keeping everyone updated. We had a few hurdles with the house we were buying, but Macy did a great job of keeping our buyer updated and making sure things kept moving. Thanks to all at Manning Stainton.

She was very kind and supportive I'm the initial Valuation, which made it an easy decision to pick them for selling the house. Also Tyler and Joanne deserve a mention, fabulous customer service and advice when needed. It always pays to get more than one valuation and this team were great from start to finish. GoogleI recently sold my property through Manning Stainton, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. From my very first meeting with Lesley at the valuation, I felt completely at ease. She was warm, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, I knew right away that I would be in safe hands. Throughout the viewings stage, I was mainly looked after by Dale, who was also absolutely lovely to deal with. I had previously listed my property with another local estate agent and, over the course of three months, only had one viewing booked with them. In complete contrast, Manning Stainton generated a steady stream of viewings from the moment my property went live. They would also keep jn touch with regular updates and advice. Once an offer had been made and accepted, I was supported by Danielle and Tyler. They were kind, professional and extremely helpful. I faced several challenges and frustrations with my conveyancer, and they guided me through every step, keeping me updated not only on my own sale but on progress across the rest of the chain. They genuinely did everything they could to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. They also escalated any concerns I had regarding my conveyancer to their team that managed their panel of conveyancers, which helped things along. I am genuinely pleased that I chose Manning Stainton. Their communication, professionalism and support were outstanding, and I’m very happy to have successfully sold my home with them. Highly recommended! The only other thing to note, which is nothing to do with the service offered by Manning Stainton, is that I had a terrible experience with the conveyancers that MS recommend. I don’t think this is the norm, as the reviews the conveyancer have are mostly positive, but I would not recommend their conveyancers based on my experience.

GoogleI sold my house in Woodley last week and Lee was my estate agent. From the word go I was impressed by Lee’s professional and honest attitude. He set up a WhatsApp group so that we could communicate regularly and he always kept me posted and replied promptly to any messages. Lee sold the house quickly and without any hassle. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Lee again and I thoroughly recommend him.

GoogleThe team at R&D Heywood are unmatched. Catherine in particular is incredible! She is extremely knowledgeable and possibly the most patient person I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Without her I feel I would not be in my dream house now. I am not the easiest of people to deal with and she steadied the ship on numerous occasions when I thought all was lost. She is an excellent negotiator on behalf of her clients but also is truly honest with you. I cannot speak highly enough of her. Whatever she is getting paid it needs to double because she is worth every penny. The one star review on here HAS to be from a competitor or a disgruntled ex employee as it makes no sense whatsoever. She is perfect! (I know she reads these reviews too, so from the bottom of my heart Catherine… THANK YOU!)
