GoogleWe have used Simply Conveyancing Property Lawyers Ltd when selling our house. We've left very happy and impressed with the service we've received. There was a person allocated to our case who was always on the ball. We could look our progress online, but if we had some questions they always were within email or phone call away. GoogleHonestly, if you’ve ever been through a property sale before and come out the other side feeling stressed, ignored, and none the wiser about what was going on, you’ll understand just how refreshing Kate has been. We’ve dealt with conveyancers before, and hand on heart, the experience was nothing like this. Kate kept us updated throughout, explained things clearly, and we never once had to chase her to find out what was happening. She just got on with it and kept us in the loop every step of the way. What really stands out is that she genuinely seems to care. It didn’t feel like we were just another file on the desk, she was thorough, on top of everything, and whenever we had a question (no matter how small), she had an answer. The whole process felt so much calmer and more manageable because of her. We can’t recommend Kate highly enough. If you’re selling and want someone who actually makes the process better rather than more stressful, look no further. We’d go straight back to her without a second thought.

Things were not straightforward however we were kept up to date by Dylan from start to finish. He worked hard to keep us informed and up to date about everything. I do think the practice of using Goodlord can be problematic and no concern is given to people who may not be computer savvy.

GoogleHannah (Gravesend Branch) was absolutely terrific and made our experience of getting visiting the properties we wanted to see - all while lining up times with the vendors for the ones she couldn’t be present for herself - absolutely seamless! GoogleThe review re dodgy landlords is entirely true .... This is an insurance policy forced upon tenants by Landlord/Agents who receive commission but in breach with FCA regs are not licensed brokers to sell this iffy …

The office based team responded quickly to our viewing requests. We had the benefit of being accompanied to viewings by a knowledgeable, helpful and hugely informative member of the team. She was also super friendly which was much appreciated. Having a move manager who was dedicated to navigating us through the complexities of moving was a huge advantage.
