GoogleFelt that because we were first time buyers and didn’t have a house to sell we weren’t important. Will not be using again.

GoogleHaving very recently dealt with this estate agents, I was very pleasantly surprised. I recently bought a property to which they were marketing and they were absolutely fantastic in the way they handled and looked after the entire process. Georgina the sales agent replied to emails quickly & professionally. Considering they were the sellers agents and not mine, they chased queries, answered questions & kept me up to date weekly on the progress of buying the property, even more so than my own solicitors! Georgina was fantastic! Very professional, poilte and extremely helpful. I couldn't recommend Manning Stainton highly enough to friends and colleagues.

GoogleThese might not be the cheapest estate agents in the area but for me they were well worth every penny! Polite and really well-organised, meaning that both me and my buyer had no unnecessary stress getting everything sorted for my move. We had some issues further up the chain and Manning Stainton were tireless with support, advice and also making calls to try to keep the whole thing moving - would definitely recommend!!
