GoogleEasy to get some overall performance figures. from several agents in the area so helped to make an informed choice but was surprised to hear Getagent charge the estate agent 0.25% for that.

GoogleBeware! This company purports to offer information about estate agents and referrals for 'free' valuations. In reality they charge the agent they refer you to a commission of 0.25% of the sale value, which is passed on to you, the seller - adding £1,200 to the cost of selling a £400k property. This cost was not disclosed, even when I specifically asked whether they were funded by commission. In my experience, they will also pursue you with unwanted phone calls, and even make referrals to agents for valuations which you have not asked for.

GoogleI googled who the best estate agent was and Get Agent came up. I filled out a form and within moments received a phone call from them. A friendly and professional call explaining the service and the top 5 agents in my area and why followed up with an email. From this I then received calls from the top 5 agents where I booked valuations and chose the agent I thought would best serve my needs. I am very impressed as my house sold in 1 day. I would not hesitate to recommend Get Agent who also sent me a £10 Amazon voucher for completing a survey.

GoogleHelpful in getting estate agents to contact me. Unfortunately they also use the old scam, 'We have people looking for property in your area. As soon as you sign with one of the companies we suggest we will send them round.' I don't expect that kind of scam from a company that's meant to be respectable and helpful..

GoogleThe website is so helpful when deciding which agents to use. This was then followed up with a phone call to check the agents selected had been in touch and providing more useful information. I would definately recommend.

GoogleWe put our flat on the market with Manning Stainton and it was handled by them very professionally. The person we dealt with at the Horsforth office was Kyle Guy. He kept us informed at every stage of the process, gave feedback after each viewing and discussed and advised on the sale.
