A really professional service from Kay and Kimberley. It was a very quick turnaround from getting the property on the market to finding a tenant. I would highly recommend both Kay and Kimberley to other landlords.

Me and my wife have dealt with Manning Stainton Sales for the last sale of our house and the current. We have had nothing but fantastic service both times. Faye especially was great at dealing with our concerns and made the move as smooth as it could be .Securing a great buyer for us and helping us with our onward purchase by putting us in touch with their Wakefield office made our life alot easier. Thanks again guys!
Great to hear Gregory, thanks for taking the time to leave a review

I’ve been dealing with Victoria since July, we have had a few set backs but Vicky has helped us through them with positivity, honesty and kindness. She has worked tirelessly to sell our house not one, twice but three times . She has been a pleasure to work with and is a credit to the Manning Stainton team.
Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review Wendy, good to hear about your experience

Morley Manning Stainton
Morley Manning Stainton - Rental Property.Unfortunately, we would not let with Manning Stainton again. We met a letting agent that didn't seem to know anything about the property or the rental process at the house we'd like to rent. We then put an application in, which we were successful for but was quite stressful to get through. The staff were uncommunicative, unfriendly, and argued with us quite a lot. We generally found them very unfriendly. Which was frustrating since we'd paid probably around £400 in added fees, which are now illegal to charge (were not at the time our let). The property review that is carried out before we moved in was clearly an old review, and had not been done before we moved in like they are meant to. We know this because it said things like 'Red Fence' at the back of the house when there was actually a wall. There were other very similar things to this extent. We basically completely did the review again and took it into them - I then sent and email asking if they could come out and do it again with us since we were unhappy with the one they provided - but this was ignored. Once we were moved into the property we asked them to only contact us on email as we both work long hours, and couldn't always easily get to the phone. This was completely ignored and they would constantly contact us via phone calls that we were rarely available to answer. When we would get back to them via email it would take a long time for them to reply and regularly wouldn't understand what we were asking. We were sent a letter asking if we would like to add another 6 months too our tenancy once it had run out, I replied via email asking to go to a month by month basis which was agreed up. 4 weeks later we were sent a letter saying our tenancy was coming to an end since we'd not go back to them, so I emailed them straight away, forwarding on our email chain on what we'd agreed on. The agent seemed confused, but accepted the email chain - but there was little to no apology about the confusion.About a year into our tenancy we had enough of dealing with a bad estate agent so decided to look for another property. This is when dealing with Manning Stainton got much worse...• I sent them an email letting them know about us moving out which was ignored for a few weeks.• They sent someone round to look at the house, who I showed damp patches too etc, but they never seemed to be interested in these.• They often did not stay around to show new tenants around the property so I was left to do this - if I hadn't of done this I'd be surprised if it had been let out now. When our move out date came up, we moved out, and cleaned the house to an amazing standard - we really wanted our landlords to not have to do anything to the property as they are such lovely people and were always ever so kind. We then asked Manning Stainton if we could be there on the check-out review as they had not done the first initial one correctly. This email request was completely ignored, even though I sent 2-3 emails in. I then received an email showing that they had done the check-out review and had marked many issues on it - petty things such as 'Surfaces have a streak on them', or 'Oven Dirty - the part that could not be removed', and other things such as marks on the floor which I had written on their original not done correctly review when we first moved in. I decided not to complain about this, and wait to see what our landlord would say as I know they are kind people and would not be fussy about such silly things. They'd always commented on how clean the house was and well looked after every time they came round, so I knew that they would know we hadn't left it a mess. The landlord agreed to give us our full deposit back. We then depended on Manning Stainton to do the rest...They refused for a long while as they said we could not prove that we had paid our Council Tax up in front even after sending numerous bank statements, emails from Council Tax etc.In the end I got my deposit back but it took around 5 weeks. Be aware when letting with this company. They were nothing but problems for us, and were a source of so much stress throughout or year renting with them.Such a shame because our landlords were lovely people.

We had faye nunns to come out and value our property. Although the fee wasn't the lowest we wanted to go with an agent that was genuine and wouldn't over promise and under deliver. We definitely made the right choice in selling through mannings. We secured a buyer in 2 weeks and at a price we was very happy with. The service was fantastic. Big thanks to the morley team!
Thanks Mark, great to hear your comments
