GoogleDidn't turn up to an arranged viewing, didn't communicate after to apologise or re-arrange, despite me emailing the agent who failed to turn up. Even better, I thought let's give this a go again, attempted to arrange another viewing for another property and still waiting 3 days later for a call back to arrange a viewing. You would think you know your access arrangements when putting a property on the market or at least ring back to let people know with 3 working days. Beyond this, if you do complain and ask for the name of the member of staff your speaking with, they lie and tell you a different name. Says it all really.
Dear client, Thank you for your comment, the viewing you are referring to we have communicated previously, we did attend and waited half an hour. Unfortunately our staff member had another appointment to attend and was unable to continue to wait. We have details on another property you have enquired about and we are in the process of arranging a time for appointments. Our staff member has contacted you regarding this and has not been able to get through. Please do contact the Tottenham lettings office to secure your viewing time slot. GoogleArranged a valuation with James, no one showed up. I called and was told he was double booked. They didn't even have the decency or courtesy to call or explain this had happened as I had booked time off.

We switched to MS - Guiseley office, from another agent who had not sold the house. Within 2 weeks we had secured a buyer and had a great experience in terms of constant communication, access to the bespoke portal, texts and calls to update us what was happened it and what they were doing. Such a great and lovely team we had interactions with - Matthew, Pippa, Lucy and Tracey - brilliant.
