I've been using Manning Stainton for the sale of my property and Amy from the Pudsey branch has been my sales negotiator. She's been great to work with, and she's been very quick to reply, keep me updated, and friendly. Amy and the team have managed to get my house on the market and through to accepting an offer very quickly. I'd definitely recommend Manning Stainton Pudsey branch as their services have been great.

Unpleasant experience with the Moortown office. I am currently looking for a rental property, so I have subscribed to the alert system on Rightmove, which notifies me whenever a suitable property becomes available. If I'm interested in a property, I send an email through the application. However, none of these alerts have been responded to, and when I called to inquire about the property, I was always told that it had already been rented out...which is surprising unless they conduct viewings with clients during the night... To make a long story short, I am not English, so my accent is different...I don't know if this has anything to do with their attitude, but I get the feeling that it might.
