GoogleWe sold my mum's property through MS - not always easy when doing this on someone else's behalf - but MS made the process easy from the start. Initially Kyle hand delivered documents to us so we could take them to mum for signature, then did a whats app call with her for ID purposes. From then on Yvonne was our go to person - she kept in touch regularly keeping us up to date every week. For one reason or another it wasn't an easy process but Yvonne made it as easy as us for possible. I would def recommend her and the whole team

GoogleAs a first-time buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My offer was accepted on 27th Jan and I completed on 20th March. Communication was brilliant throughout and everyone in the office was so lovely and helpful. They really guided me through the whole process and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!!

GoogleIt's taken a long time but we finally sold our house with Garforth Manning Stainton. Throughout the sale the branch team have been helpful and supportive. Our sale was particularly complicated due to an unpleasant relationship breakdown. Emma has been absolutely amazing in getting me through the sale. She was proactive in trying to keep things on track despite various issues that came up with the sale. Emma has shown so much care and compassion towards me while I have struggled through this process. I really can't thank her enough. She went way above and beyond her role.
