I would like to suggest two areas for improvement:
1. After a tenant pays the holding deposit, it would be very helpful to provide a confirmed move-in date. This would greatly benefit new tenants and help reduce potential financial losses. For example, it would allow them to give timely notice to their current landlord, arrange school transfers for their children, organise broadband relocation, and schedule furniture deliveries.
2. The check-out report provided at the end of the tenancy could present a more neutral description of the property’s condition, in order to avoid unnecessary disputes during the deposit return process.

GoogleTruly don't have the words to describe my gratitude for Ed Weisz. He has found me my dream role and allowed to progress in not only my professional career, but also in life.
I had a call with Ed where I told him what I want to do with my career and he totally understood and was incredibly personable.
