GoogleVery unhelpful,even when we had a leak and lots of noise and anti social noise nuisance.No help at all and do not care.answer very rudely back and never sort anything.We had to let our freeholder know about issues as they were not sorting anything.we had to wait for the leak to be worse for awhile before it was sorted and only due to my other half knowing the problem but yet the soo called plumber they haf did not sort it or know or want to do anything that they used.it wrecked our insides and they did not care at all.Just like the temants that cause on purpose stuff and I am surprised our ceiling hasn't come down yet.it is more than just normal stuff and they just don't sort out anything.The hard floor in a flat and loads of time of the day problems .they just reply with no care or rudeness instead of doing they're job even from the start.poor company they're false promises of they're fake caring and listening.

Neither my mother nor I drive but Lisa was kind enough to always come to our house to discuss the progress of our move. GoogleIf I’m being honest, I’m really disappointed. This is the second time I’ve been let down by this estate agent first as a buyer in 2022, and now as a seller in 2026.
Communication throughout the process was very limited, the pricing strategy seemed inconsistent, and overall the experience was poor. In the end, I decided to stay in my current home because I simply couldn’t face the hassle anymore.
From what I could see, the property was listed on Rightmove and very little else seemed to be done to actively market it. When I spoke to the manager, I also found them to be quite rude, which only added to my frustration.
Unfortunately, I won’t be using this estate agent again. My impression is that if you have a high-value property, you’ll receive plenty of attention, but if your home is more modest, you’re treated like a poor relation.
A very disappointing experience overall. Hopefully, I’ll have better luck with a different estate agent in the future.

We were disappointed to read the suggestion that very little was done to market your property. Alongside advertising on Rightmove, we provided a complimentary Premium Listing to increase its visibility, proactively contacted suitable buyers from our database, arranged and followed up on viewings, chased feedback promptly after each appointment, and even revisited the property to take updated photographs when presentation had improved to give it the best possible chance of attracting buyers.
Unfortunately, not every property sells within the desired timescale, despite everyone's best efforts. We appreciate that this can be frustrating for everyone involved. As a no sale, no fee agency, we invested considerable time and resources into marketing your home without receiving any payment when you ultimately decided to withdraw it from the market.
We were particularly saddened by the suggestion that we treat clients differently depending on the value of their property. This is simply not how we operate. Every client receives the same commitment, care and attention, regardless of the value of their home, and our team works hard to achieve the best possible outcome for each and every seller.
We respect your right to share your experience and genuinely wish you all the very best with your future plans. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to market your home.

She has a very personable approach, always keeping us updated and answering our questions quickly and clearly. She made what can be a stressful process run much more smoothly. I really appreciated her assistance and would highly recommend working with her.
Unfortunately, I didn't find other members of staff as professional or knowledgeable, particularly when being shown around houses as potential buyers. I believe is due to stand-ins being used and not providing staff with enough information. I would rate Izzy 5 out of 5, but to accurately reflect Manning Stainton have given a lower rating.
