TrustpilotHouse sale experience
From day one the staff have been brilliant. Kept upto date on a regular basis about viewings and now with the sale of my property. House was sold within three weeks cannot recommend the Morley branch of manning Stainton highly enough

TrustpilotHouse Sale
Ive been pleased with the focus and communication in relation to my house sale from the Morley team. Manning Morley have managed to keep me informed of all progress along the way. Jodie in particular has been instrumental in this. She is always upbeat and pleasant regardless of any temporary barriers to progress pulling in updates from the vendor and other members of the team. My liaison with Andrew the Branch Manager has also been positive.
Hi Miles, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a great review. I'm pleased you've had a such a great experience!

TrustpilotVery helpful staff and very good communication
All the staff were very helpful and the process went reasonably smoothly. The delay in completion was due to the Landlord not returning required documents but the team helped in chasing these. At all times I was kept up to date on where we were in finalising the sale.
Thank you for your kind review David, and thank you for choosing Manning Stainton

TrustpilotThank you Charlotte!
I’ve recently bought a property through Manning Stainton, which completed last week. It was a long process from start to finish due to issues out of the estate agents hands, however they (in particular Charlotte Poutney!) were amazing from start to finish and kept me much more informed of progress than my solicitors or any other party involved. Charlotte put me at ease the whole way through and couldn’t have been more helpful, even in the times where I was starting to feel stressed at situations, and I just want to say a huge thank you to her for all of her efforts and her consistent contact. She definitely made the process more bearable and I won’t hesitate to get back in touch if I ever sell this property.
Dear Robyn, Thank you for taking the time to leave such a lovely review for Charlotte and the team. We hope you'll be very happy in your new apartment. Kind regards Amy and the Headingley Team

TrustpilotExcellent service and great and…
Excellent service and great and friendly staff who work tirelessly to ensure your sale or purchase goes through as smoothly as possible! Would definitely recommend and would not consider using any other Estate Agents to carry out a purchase or sale of a property. Staff at the Pudsey branch were fantastic at helping us when solicitor and legal delays held up our Completion dates. Especially Debbie, Laura and Charlotte.

TrustpilotOverall very good. Would recommend.
Charlotte was very helpful in facilitating the purchase of the house. There seemed to be several obstacles to overcome and required Charlotte to liaise with vendor and solicitors. Charlotte was always prompt with communication. I felt that Charlotte supported and communicated well my interests and wishes to the vendor. Charlotte was always approachable, friendly and willing to help. Thanks.

TrustpilotAmazing sales team
The team at the Adel branch have gone above and beyond to support me in selling a property. Their customer service is fantastic with prompt and clear communication, kindness and helpful advice from my initial enquiry through to getting the sale (subject to contract). I would especially like to thank Matthew for his helpful guidance on viewing the property and helping me determine an asking price, Jack for his sterling efforts in showing prospective buyers around and presenting the property in the best way and Belle for her constant support as my key contact. Would highly recommend selling via Manning Adel!
