As a Landlord I have a number of rentals that Jacky and the Team fully manage for me. In the past I have used other agents but swapped to Simply Let because I was confident that the inspections would get completed regularly and any issues identified actioned, which has proven to be the case. They also manage all the maintenance issues, such as the Gas Safety Certs without me having to ever be involved (unless I want to), a real bonus. They are always professional and a real pleasure to deal with.

Having very recently dealt with this estate agents, I was very pleasantly surprised. I recently bought a property to which they were marketing and they were absolutely fantastic in the way they handled and looked after the entire process. Georgina the sales agent replied to emails quickly & professionally. Considering they were the sellers agents and not mine, they chased queries, answered questions & kept me up to date weekly on the progress of buying the property, even more so than my own solicitors!
