Sanitary issues

When we opened the door by ourselves for the first time, there was a little bit shock. A high pile of garbage stood in the kitchen, other pieces littering from the table to the floor. We had to pay to have them removed.There are still some garbage in the closet of the boiler, sending out heavy mouldy smell. We'll get rid of them this weekend.Last night when a neighbour came for a talk, we both noticed the heavy black dust deposited along the chain of the front door.

I was selling the house of a deceased relative. I had two valuers come to the property one of which was the lovely Ben of Manning Stainton. I chose Manning Stainton because of the passion Ben had for the house. He could see its potential and that it had been a much loved home. I was lucky enough to be allocated Charlotte Poutney to handle the sale. Charlotte was professional, approachable and very helpful. I was kept up to date with every stage of the sale in real time. We hit a few bumps that were out of our control along the way but i always felt supported and we completed the sale. I would recommend this team to everyone who is wanting to sell their home.

Michelle from the sales team was proactive in contacting us when the property came on the market and arranged a viewing quickly. Once the sale was agreed the move mangers Gemma and Rochelle would update us weekly which was very useful. Finally, whenever we had an issue Gemma and Rochelle would follow up with seller or the solicitors to keep things moving along as we had a very tight timeline to meet.

Having sold two properties with Manning Stainton Adel in 2023 and dealing with them over a ten month period I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their entire team was fantastic throughout, they answered all my questions with in-depth knowledge and ensuring I fully understood their advice. Having sold my late Mother's property they were incredibly supportive and compassionate throughout and even though it was a trickier property to sell they ensured a smooth process and successful result.
