Take your deposit and do not return it. They do everything to delay and complicate the rental of a property.

I've had a great experience with King's Tottenham! Negin has been very kind and helpful from when I started enquiring about the property right to the stage we are at now (soon to be moving in)! Lots of thanks to Nikita as well who has always been there to respond promptly to any issues that I've had. I hope to receive assistance from the team even after I move in!

STOP putting your flyers through my N15 postcode letterbox, and leaving them half hanging out!!!! (I have a sign clearly stating ‘No junk mail’) Thus letting all my heating out and and giving thieves the green light there is no one at home. If this happens again I shall put something unwanted through your door!

Harriet · 6 June 2020 · Manning Stainton Leeds

Agent replied · 6 June 2026

Apologies Harriet. We do not know whether these actions are being undertaken by our contracted leaflet dropping companies or members of staff however to some extent that is irrelevant and to try to ensure you do not receive any further leaflets could we ask for you contact us on managersalestottenham@kings-group.net with your full postal address please? We can then ensure and notify all possible companies that we use , not deliver to this address further? Your cooperation is much appreciated and apologies once more for any inconvenience caused. Thank you.

Recently sold our property through the Crossgates branch. We had a bad experience from start to finish and we were left feeling extremely disappointed with the service. One serious error and a subsequent lack of professionalism nearly cost us our sale and purchase .

Sid · 22 May 2020 · Manning Stainton Crossgates

Agent replied · 6 February 2024

Hi Sid, sorry to hear this, our branch manager can call you to discuss further?
