GoogleWe needed a pet friendly property. Jacky and the team were so helpful. They were all friendly and so helpful. Jack and the team have since helped my son.
Julia, yes we try to offer pet friendly where we can, though some flats will not allow pets many of our landlords will with £20-£35 extra rent a month now we cannot take pet deposits like we used to. It is also lovely to help kids and friends and parents of tenant. We thrive on referals as many small businesses do.

GoogleWe have been with simply let for five plus years and are well looked after!! Our moves with simply have been smooth and they’re very responsive to any work that needs sorting. Very friendly, cooperative and trustworthy company to work with.

GoogleThe processes was very easy, we expressed our interest in one of their properties and booked a viewing. Our tour of the house was very pleasant and professional. Once we had decided it was the place for us, they sent us a list all of the things we needed to do to make an acceptable application, because we had all of this information we were able to make everything smooth and quick. We were even able to view a second time. We had been looking to move for over a year going through around 5/6 other companies at one point or another but none of them had the communication skills and organisation to the same standards as Simply Let. Truly the simplest, pleasant move I’ve made all thanks to this team.

So much paperwork is required these days to meet regulations that it is sometimes hard to mkae the process seem easy but we try, and we keep tweaking it to make it simpler, though compliant. We are really pleased that you found the process smooth and simple. We are called Simply Let for a reason as I like things simple and it is easier for everyone all round!

GoogleVery highly recommended! After having to move at short notice I searched for so many flats advertised privately and through letting agents around the Poole and Bournemouth area...which became quite daunting, time consuming and tedious! I luckily found a flat which had just been posted with simply let, called Jacky, and she managed to arrange a viewing within 2 hours! I'm currently five months into renting a great space in Poole - and very grateful to all the team for making this happen. Simply let take the paperwork and administration stress away so you can just concentrate on moving, and also have a friendly and understanding approach with thier customers. Thank you...five stars!

GoogleI recent dealt with the Morley branch, Faye Nunns and Victoria in particular. Very impressed with the service from both. Always replied to my calls or emails and I also got paper confirmation of certain events through the post which is good for record keeping. They certainly impressed me more than other agents in Morley, not that they were bad...but just not quite the same service. Thanks.

GoogleWe found Mannings really terrible, both when we were trying to sell through them and when viewing houses.They posted letter through our mailbox saying that x couple were looking to buy a property like ours, then when we signed up with them they were very critical of our house and told us they couldn’t ‘magic us a buyer’, advised to reduce by £20,000. They outrageously rejected a good offer for us without our knowledge and lost us the buyers. When we went with another estate agent at a lower price they sent us a letter saying that our house is worth more than we think and advertising their services! Every time we spoke to them it was to a different person and no one knew what was going on. When we viewed houses to buy through them they didn’t know anything about them, and didn’t make any effort whatsoever to highlight good aspects of the house. Just terrible, please save yourself some serious stress and avoid them. We eventually sold with Dacres and they were highly professional, personable and positive.

GoogleViewed a lovely property with Mike in Newport. Photographs on rightmove were amazingly presented and even though property was empty I still got a feel for the place. Mike was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions I had.

GoogleThis software is very easy to use but is very effective at recording the condition of the property that is being inspected. The customer service is excellent and queries or problems are very, very quickly addressed and dealt with. James and Tom are especially attentive.

GoogleWe decided to use Manning Stainton to not only sell our house but to purchase our next. From start to finish their service has been amazing. The endeavoured to get our property on the market as quickly as they possibly could and arrange the photos and EPC to be done within the day. Selling our home with Victoria Alexander was easy. She came to view the property so that she could use her knowledge of it to help sell it, which she did. She has been easy to contact, reliable and honest as she guided us through the process to get us the best offer we could from our buyer. We can’t thank her enough! We saw our next house up for sale with Manning and Debbie Cundill has been brilliant at showing us around the property - multiple times as well as with family! Nothing has been too much trouble for her, and she has always answered phone calls and emails as fast as she possibly can, working efficiently with both us and the seller. We’re very excited to complete on selling and buying our new home and it wouldn’t have been possible without the hard work of Vicky and Debbie. Thank you!

GoogleI have been in contact with Manning Stainton in Headingley since February 2019. I have spoken to or now met in person with Jenny, Lucy, Victoria, Evelyn, Laura, Samira and Amy. I am not local to Leeds and I can only praise these ladies for the support and consistent service they have provided in assisting me with my property search and viewings (which aren't easy to co-ordinate when you are not in the area daily), and making my relocation less stressful. Jenny and Amy have been especially helpful and highly professional. They are a hard working team and I would have no hesitation in using their services in the future for both letting and selling. GoogleThank you to the team. Debbie C guided us through kindly, patiently and effectively. It was a tricky sale in a very tricky time - lockdown! I received excellent communication throughout and Debbie always was a friendly voice on the end of the line. Jobs were done immediately by Debbie and I trusted her the whole way. Thank you!
