I am totally happy with the service I've received so far. Given this is just the start of my tenancy, I may update this score if the need arises. As it stands though, this is a well-deserved 5 stars. Big shout out to Paulina Gluszek :-)

I would personally like to thank Bobbie Brockbank who has been dealing with the end of tenancy for one of our flats, the whole experience was very professional and I was impressive by the swiftness of responses we were given, sadly something that you rarely see in this climate. Many thanks once again.

Manning Stainton managed my property let for roughly 15 years. I can recommend them to anyone. In the last year Louis Craggs has been my contact and he's been excellent.

Lucy was my point of contact for selling my house. This was my first time selling a property, but Lucy was so wonderful and helpful, answering any questions I had and always keeping me up to date with weekly telephone updates and explaining every step so I always felt I knew what was going on. Even if there wasn’t much of an update to give I still received a call which was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend Lucy and Manning Stainton!I also spoke with Matthew at the start of the process (valuation and photos) and he was also very helpful and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I was using Manning Stainton, the Guiseley branch, whilst I was purchasing my first home. I didn’t have a clue what I needed to do 🙈 I was dealing with Lucy, who explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. If I ever got stressed with how long things were taking, I just had to speak to Lucy. She’s always super cheerful and positive. I would happily recommend using Manning Stainton and in particular Lucy.
