GoogleAbsolutely disgusting attitude from Jan. Sent a genuine enquiry on one of their latest instructions only to be made to feel inadequate and being questioned beyond belief. Totally put off from buying through them and goes to show that an agent can actually influence a buyers decision. Avoid. Rude obnoxious and pompous.
James, a polite email has been sent out acknowledging your enquiry and asking the basic questions. As an agent, I’m sure you are aware of that being diligent and checking prospective buyers’ contact details and buying positing is part of the job. We are sorry if you don’t feel it is important but for us it is part of the process regardless who the applicant is.

GoogleJan from Fine & Country did an excellent job for us in appraising our house for sale, they were punctual, dependable, well informed , with a well-balanced & reasoned opinion. It is also clear they have an excellent marketing approach to sales and getting results. They clearly positively differentiated themselves from other smaller local and large national market "doyens”. They also have their own central London showrooms and are a prestigious global band so a class act if I say so myself.

GoogleFull installation of 2No large light walls. Courteous and respectful staff. Nothing was too much trouble for Jamie, Lee and the team from measuring up to constant emails about sizing changes and finally the installation! Such a great team would recommend!

GoogleI used MPL for a complete office refit in January 2022. They offered exceptional services from their initial detailed quote, through the design/planning stages and all the way up to the completion of the project. They gave me an 8 week plan and unbelievably were on schedule to the exact day, despite a few issues that were beyond their control. I would thoroughly recommend this company!! They were personal, reliable, dedicated and made the project a very pleasurable experience. The gave recommendations at key points and their expertise was so helpful.
